Default Joe Biden is a leading zero (At least he leads at something!)

This Brazilian expression make me laugh. My wife uses the term (zero à esquerda, which literally means 'left zero') to describe something as worthless or useless. It describes Obama even better 0[à esquerda]-bama. Given that Obama is a leftist whose name is even a leading zero, it fits on another level!

    So, zero à esquerda

Ask her what Todos los políticos de izquierda tienen tendencia a comerse traseros, mentir, engañar y robar. Digo esto desde el fondo de mi corazón, pero me duele hasta la médula verlo means.

Well, Spanish is her second language and my third. Your comment reminds me of a joke I heard in Colombia. Cual es el pescado que el politico gusta mas? (What is the politician's favorite fish?). Respuest: Robalo! (The word for Sea Bass and "Steal it" are identical.)

A more serious answer would be: Because they are bad people and that's what bad people do. Think in terms of an outdated English term "ne'er do well". You see, there are two roots to socialism: 1) Wanting something for nothing 2) Envy . It's no more complicated than that.

It also appears that you're confusing Spanish with Portuguese. "Zero à esquerda" is Portuguese. If it were Spanish, it would be "Cero al izquierda" and I don't know if it's even a known expression in Spanish speaking countries. Your post reminds me of a very popular bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) song I like by Colombian singer Maluma and Brazilian singer Nego de Borel". The chorus translated into English would be "You broke my heart into pieces, it's not a problem because now I can give a little piece to lots of ladies".

The view of Sao Paulo in the background is really cool.

Ahhh hell, no confusion here, I can't speak that shit fluently! I just went to google translate and there was no "Brazilian" so Spanish it was!
