Agree on this. However, he did help millions to find their voice and courage to outwardly express their patriotism even if the media and leftists called it nationalism or populism to try and shame people for being a patriot just like they did the Tea Party that Obama crushed.

I'm pretty sure that BO didn't crush the Tea Party. But no other word describes trump other than populist and his is a personality driven populism. And whatever you're referring to as expressing their patriotism I'm sure, like his populism, there will be some good and some bad.

^ The other problem being is that he also drove to find their courage and oppose him and unfortunately at this point the stink of trump is on the Republican party right now. We'll have to see for how long.

Trump fucked up a lot of things on his way out that will harm his overall legacy. As a result of all of this, not only will things he has accomplished be forgotten, millions of his supporters will be caught up in this and labeled not much differently.

Facts are - take away all the negative, which I admit. Take away the rhetoric or whatever it is that millions of folks individually don't like about him. That said, I look at his promised and his agenda, and how many of those promises did he keep & how much did he accomplish overall. And I suppose even there folks are gonna debate and argue over whether the stuff was good & where it stands on the political scale (conservatism to liberalism). I still stand behind what I have long said - that he DID complete many of his promises and he did get a lot of good things accomplished, some overall just great and many as well conservative issues. Again, this is if one is willing to put things and opinions and feelings aside and just the issues. There's always going to be an "even then" as you can never please everyone.

He has put in a few SC justices along with many other judges across the land. Appellate and district court and apparently over 60 more still awaiting confirmation.
Great tax cuts (kiss them goodbye) - and my favorite - deregulation by 2 down for every one addition.
Massive military increases - if you like that, which I love as security should be one of the highest if not highest as it is.
    Israel and standing behind them.
And deserves a second line, which is the peace deals that were negotiated with other Arab countries.
Operation warp speed. This year was the worst ever. But since it happened, a vaccine just had to happen as well. The plan went into action, and was somehow magically completed in less than a year. More credit goes to the medical folks, of which all got together and shared and made it happen.
Back to space again, and from a private company!!
Knock on wood for now - but what happened to Isis?
I think he did quite good for our economy overall, but increased debt too

Much more too. And yes, a lot more bad in there too, no doubt and no argument from me. But all I'm saying with this info - is that the past few weeks will allow democrats the opportunity to rewrite and forget much of history, which they would attempt anyway. And done in by his "own people"! Which were not of the norm and not nearly representative of the overall percentage of Trump supporters.

Can we add a good portion of "the Wall" and calming Kim Jong Un the heck down when he was going off the rails?

It's on the list, but I just didn't add it, was making it short as possible. And while I know it was partly successful in the face of the worst ever blocking... since the entire thing wasn't completed some will fight and claim it was a failure, of which it wasn't. He got plenty of miles of wall up, and as I said, all in the face of the worst obstruction I have ever seen over national security at our borders.

And it wasn't the massive and unbeatable wall he wanted, nor the completion as I said. But improvements overall is what was needed. A complete wall as he envisioned would have been perfect! But IMO, ANYTHING that prevents the cartel and other drug runners from easily hopping the border and getting in with $billions$ of drugs is a good thing. Any wall going up that blocks the entry from illegals entering the country. Different folks require different level of wall IMO. And anything short of it's entirety leaves a security issue.

And then, at worst, the minimum that should have been done and still should - would be taking the border wall that they walk over easily and beefing it up.

    ---

The future? Add "simple" fencing, which is tall fencing that's mostly not able to be climbed, perhaps even with razor wire at the top. Have monitors in the ground so that anyone approaching will set off an alarm. Have drones and cameras. Technology will be the future of security, I believe.

    --

And it was a decent job with Kim Jong Un there for a spell. I actually believed they were going to be able to not only establish new relations, but actually get them to work with the world. Well, he did get him to back off some - but then that was it.

And trust me, the list of his accomplishments is Much longer, but didn't want to post a massive debatable list right now. But we could make that thread!! Would be decent material to go over and dissect!

I just wish we could all realize, that life before "social media" was good and much more family friendly. People were more likely to be happy. Less likely to be assholes.

Social media should not be a lifeline, but a tool. But sadly for many, it has become part of their souls. Personally I can live without it.

I hate what it has done to EVERYONE!
We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as Americans, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boarding-house; and we have room for but one soul loyalty, and that is loyalty to the American people. ~Theodore Roosevelt~

And that will probably be the end of the positive things. If had any ability to campaign and debate Biden, of all people, maybe he could have pointed out the successes and what he did to push those things through but he didn't have that ability. But it was... All. So. Avoidable.

Like I said, it would be debatable, but the list is a LOT LOT longer than that. It's not about that anyway, about how long the list of accomplishments may be or how many promises he kept. I primarily would post the list to those who state he accomplished absolutely nothing, zero, nada. Usual crap from some lefties out there. Fact is, like him or not, he did get some shit done outside the normal. But even that stuff I think will be forgotten to an extent, where when folks will try to discuss anything at all - it will be "riot riot riot", sadly. One shouldn't negate the other, but it will.
