But the rabbit hole isn't that deep. Bio-Warfare "defense" folks openly and intentionally creating more deadly strains of viruses with the excuse that we HAVE to do it "so we know how to fight it".
Whether or not the strain got out by accident or on purpose is another story.
I haven't seen anything that can really answer that question clearly.
But using the event to manipulate the public. well the plutocrats "never let a crisis go to waste".
