Hank Aaron was long out of baseball when I first hit the little leagues as a kid, and yet he was still an idol and still someone you imitated when you played with friends!

Even today he is still one of the kings of baseball. Passed only by Barry Bonds decades later in the HR department, but Barry had a little help via the enhancement drugs, so Aaron is still by far tops IMO!

That number alone says "Henry Hank Aaron" and all sports fans know it.

RIP Hank, and thanks for all the memories!!

Hank Aaron being celebrated for breaking the all time record held by Babe Ruth, hitting #715 in 1974, called by Vin Scully!!

“You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named "Bush", "Dick", and "Colin." Need I say more?” - Chris Rock

Great memories....Needed a Tissue for that one! RIP Hank!
I may be older than most. I may say things not everybody will like.
But despite all of that. I will never lower myself to the level of Liars, Haters, Cheats, and Hypocrites.
