He also mentions that Peter Schiffy and others are proposing legislation that basically turns many of the "War on Terror" Laws supposedly ONLY directed only at foreigners and "enemy combatants" onto American citizens.

Basically it seems to just throw and extra blanket of laws around attacking gov't "officials" and/or Gov't property.
And gives the feds more tools to investigate the same.

But if I'm reading this thing correctly it seems that part of the law says that they can prosecute anyone who CONSPIRES with or HAS KNOWLEDGE OF any acts that involved some kind of attack on gov't property or Officials. Seems VERY loosely worded so to capture as many people possible. And ADDS that the prosecution doesn't even have to PROVE that any so called co-conspirator actually HAS knowledge of the attack to convict them.
