When I first got out of the hospital I was especially prone to falling off my cane. That's not counting mishaps over the years. What Joe doesn't do that I always have, is I just laugh at myself and usually have some smartass one-liner regarding my "prowess" to go with it. It completely defuses the critics. For me, that plays second fiddle to the fact I actually DO think it's funny.
