The demise of the video rental store?
Two video shops in our area are closing within the next few months. That leaves us with just Blockbuster (which I don't like). The one we usually rent from (California Video) has a fantastic Archives section, with all those old movies that you can't easily get your hands on. It will be gone by January.
Are we all going to have to use NetFlix now? We, as a family, love to go to the store, read the boxes and pick out movies. I'm afraid that another cultural icon is going bye bye.
