Default My favorite question to ask at a "diversity seminar"

Where is the age diversity? Can you tell me what you're doing to represent those over the age of 55? You just said that we should report it to senior management if there is a lack of female representation on a team. Does the same hold true for over age 55 representation on a team?

Age is an EEOC protected class, which means that you're shielded from a James D'Amore result.

Just in case you don't remember James D'Amore:

Here's commentary that reminded me of this:

Tucker Carlson: They're trying to trick us with Soviet-style fakes

    Photoshopped diversity is our strength

... Another question: where are the old people in the picture. .....
