SFG is a goofball. His question is easy: the SCOTUS is the final say on the meaning of the Constitution not a bunch of goofball libertarians or silly commies on anyone in between. As Clarence Thomas would t say, "Both groups define idiocy." The same dumbopoly exists in religion: e.g., the Taliban and far right American evangelicals.
Some CTs may be true, though, like Trump conspiring to overthrow the certification of Biden as president.
