What other meds do you want the gov't to compel you to take, to heart meds, liver meds, cancer meds, weight loss meds? Even with mental patients there has to be a Court order, after an examination and trial to administer meds. And those laws are on shaky ground
Also the trials of these drugs is still ongoing, they won't end until 2022 2023 . and after that they'll still be under review.
Doesn't matter what it "sounds like" to me. It matters how words are used in court. When was the last time you heard of the Federal government losing anything of significance in court?
