The Nuremberg Code (1947) part 1 Medical Ethics

Seems that pre WW2 German doctor's associations joined the NAZI party more than ANY OTHER profession (about 50% most of the leading doctors). They Joined voluntarily and enthusiastically. For the HEALTH of the German people, and influenced by the cutting edge "science" of the day, eugenics, racial theories and ideas about "health" etc.. (TRUST THE SCIENCE!)
After WW2 the Nuremberg trails put a few doctors on trial but the bulk of the doctors and nurses that went along were given a pass. It wasn't until 2012 that the German Medical Association made formal apology for it's involvement and influence in the NAZI crimes and movement.

The Nuremberg Code (1947)

"The judgment by the war crimes tribunal at Nuremberg laid down 10 standards to which physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects in a new code that is now accepted worldwide.
This judgment established a new standard of ethical medical behavior for the post World War II human rights era. Amongst other requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. The principle of voluntary informed consent protects the right of the individual to control his own body.
This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the expected benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be avoided.
This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure human patients.
The principles established by this code for medical practice now have been extened into general codes of medical ethics."

Section 1

"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

But like our laws against torture and spying on citizens the U.S. have been tossed into the crapper. (because of so-called "emergency" - "crisis" - "war") Anything goes! Constitution, laws, codes, treaties, ethics, morals, religion or love of freedom are not what guides us, just supposed pragmatic reactions, driven by raw panic at the 1st whiffs of death or danger. (propaganda about death or danger)
At that point the state has the power to do WHATEVER it and the people think is "necessary".

Fear makes it OK.

Seems that the Constitution, Christianity, morals, ethics, even freedom only ever partly apply.
And then only during the good times not in "the real world" where we have to fear death raining down on us from Terrorist, Communist, Immigrants, Crime, Viruses, Climate, or Fill-in-Blank threat du jour the media and politicians promote.

They play the people's fears like a piano, making too many of us BEG for more of their oversite and control... of other people of course... dangerous people that don't follow the rules that "keep us safe".


A few of us will speak up about this CURRENT offense of against our individual Freedoms . COERCED Medical Experimentation, COERCED Medication. and hope the masses will stop being afraid long enough to think before their gov't "SOLUTIONS" harm to many more people.
And toss another major freedom into the crapper in the name of safety.

So some may say the vaccine is no longer experimental since government--FDA declared it to not be experimental.
Must be noted that same government is moving mountains to stab every human alive and that same dem controlled government controls the FDA!
That kinda like letting a judge rule on his own crimes, is it not?
Judge charged with shoplifting. Same judge rules on the case-- do we expect anything but the not guilty judgement?
So government sees it has too many refusing the stabb- suddenly and without the previous standard requirements to certify a new vaccine the FDA rules it not experimental!!!!

I was taught by a very, very intelligent father not to buy bullshit and call it perfume...
When previously standards and time protocols are not met but yet FDA makes such a bullshit ruling -you can bet your last dime it was political..
It is ffking experimental and those taking it now are the subjects in the ongoing ---EXPERIMENT, IMHO.
Lets just review this in about a year or two -to perhaps see if it was such a fine experiment.- Tyr
