    Default Inversion Table

Wanted one for years. I suggested Jimbob might try one and talked myself right into it

First, I would advise checking with the Doc before using one. Just to be safe. I didn't , but after using it, I can see where that would be a great idea.

Basically, you strap your ankles down and lay back the table rotates as far as you have it set. Yes, I DID try all the way upside down because I'm me and it was there
You don't have to. It sets at different inclines depending how far you want to go.

Have to be careful how long you stay upside down at first. I haven't really pushed past abt 45 seconds yet. I'll stretch the time as time goes by

I love this thing. My back is always sore from lifting. Not yesterday or today. Maybe a coincidence BUT as long as it's working I'm going to work it.

Oh. The ad says it folds up and stores easily? Sorta. You have to have a place for it. It doesn't fold up THAT good. It DOES however, collapse the x frame. Handles and stuff still stick out.

How's the progress with this table Gunny?

    I'm 6 ft tall now

Provides a good stretch. You CAN overdo it

Hanging all the way upside down feels like your ankles are coming off and I'm not noticing much more of a stretch between that and the last setting.

Let's see ... what else was it not designed for? If you don't used the rails and your hands to pull yourself upright you can get a killer situp out of it

I like it. Incorporated into the stretching routine. Couple of minutes a couple times a day. It's out of the way in the garage. That would be my biggest concern is the space it takes up. There's no hiding it under the bed. Tad heavy. Not on my list of anything to salvage in a fire
