Project Playlist
I just found out about this a few days ago. Essentially, you create a playlist of songs. You can play any song on the list at any time. The mp3s are stored elsewhere on the Internet, so you don't have to download anything. It's essentially play-on-demand for any song you can find. It does require internet access, though, since you don't download anything.
