Where I don't see the point is those that are determined to not get vaccinated aren't going to believe anything anymore than they believe the stats now.
On the other hand, those who use the info to make an informed decision should be entitled to as much factual information as is available.

I am SO done with covid posts and 23/24 news coverage.
I'm sick of mandates. I'm sick of being bludgeoned by anti-vax crowd. I totally get the principles underlying refusal to cede to mandates.
I don't agree that those that have made that choice need to demean those that are against the mandates and false statements by government and minions.
To have decided to get vax doesn't mean one backs the government, regardless of which group is in charge.

I will add, those shrieking that if one doesn't get vaccinated they are killing themselves and everyone around them are no better than the anti-vax crowd. I'm fine with people's individual decisions. Trying to force their decisions on everyone out of fear, and a need to justify their decision is not okay.

I am fine with those that used their brains, gathered info and decided for themselves and what they think best for their family. As that is exactly how I approached that and thus made my decision.
I am not fine with those that out of fear or blindness followed the herd.
I was taught since being a wee-lad to gather information to make my--own-- decisions in life.
No government blinded bot or lackey did I ever become.
My stand is this to the damn government- leave me the hell alone! I will not be forced by anything in this damn universe to allow myself to become an owned slave/citizen. A thing that has no choice and must obey anything and everything that behemoth has become and decides to do to us....

I just want to say that I don't like being referred to as an anti-vaxer.
I've had every vaccine available (and I'm 70 so that's a shit load of shots as well as boosters) until the covid vaccine. So I'm not an anti-vaxer just because I question this one. I supported Trump but when he got on the vaccine bullet train I had doubts. I started researching. I asked all my medical professionals about it. My step son and daughter-in-law are nurses and we discussed it. I have friends that had covid early in 2020 and discussed the risk of covid vs the vaccine. I wore the masks. Isolated. I stocked up on emergency supplies and TP.
I briefly believed in the medical experts. Them I saw that big box stores were open and considered essential but not small businesses. I saw that people were not dropping dead in the streets. Saw people that had it had survived.
I'm adverse to the vaccine because I think it was rushed to production too fast and for political reasons. And the more it is being mandated the more questions I have. When is the last time a vaccine was mandated? When was the last time you had to show your medical info to eat out, go to the gym, etc.?
I've always felt that Debate Policy is where I could come to get info I might not have access to. Opinions that are contrary that will make me research harder to support mine. A place that would be open to hearing controversial thoughts. Welcome it even.
Not so sure anymore.

Government and media are the main culprits in forming and promoting the attacks(the ongoing campaign) on those that have chosen not to take the experimental shots.
And coming onboard are those that already despise conservatives and others that use their head for more than just a hat rack..
Division and stirring up that divide is firmly in the lib/dem playbook.
