Default The absolutely insane SoCal housing market

Happy Easter ya'll. About 15 years ago, we agreed to buy a yet unfinished home in Huntington Beach for $850,000. On Friday, a local realtor called my husband (no idea where she got the number) and offered him $2.5 million. My husband laughed and said she could do better than that. A house in South Pasadena was listed at $1.25 million. A showing attracted 40 potential buyers, all offering to pay cash. The home was eventually bought for $2.5 million.Always a good day here. Hope you are enjoying yours.

    That is fantastic!
