    Words can get you fired. Best way is to catch that person away from the job, warn them and let them know consequences will be if they continue their bullshat. But always back up that threat if need be. Ones reputation gets around, later instances of such will be less and less. OF COURSE. Being arrested for assault may come into play.But nothing worthwhile ever comes easy. I have paid that price many times in my life and always felt it was it... Best to never make threats if one has not he guts to make good on them if need arises. Tyr
