FTR and not a partisan comment: I seriously dislike frivolous lawsuits regardless who's filing them about what. Dems using them as a means to obstruct anything GOP/Republican just makes it all the more a means to backdoor the (will of) the People and the Law.
Using our freedoms/Rights to undermine our freedoms/Rights is definitely a sore spot with me and something I made mention of to Rev in a different thread.
