It's quite easy if ya know how, and even easier if you have a "stem" of a pipe to stick in one end! I also smoked out of a 2 liter Pepsi bottle years ago. Made a power hitter type of bong thing that you fill, dunk in water and push down! Kinda like a water bong but it's much larger and much quicker when you push down on that bottle!
This is the other thing I spoke of. Never even seen one in person but the videos on youtube are hilarious. And guys must smell horrible afterwards, and when they take it off, their eyes are redder than possible. I would have tried it thought had I had one when I was younger!!
