Not sure why it matters that "only members" would see something, unless someone is posting for reactions and is desperate to have as many as possible read.

Not going over it again, but user was also warned multiple times about posting this garbage over and over and that his cup of racism was not acceptable here. Now I know why he never agreed to anything prior to being unbanned.
