I'll just stick with the fact that farm/home-grown food in most cases (depending on the "farmer") is going to be healthier than food going through the industrial process.

I try to eat plain foods with as little processing as possible. Needless to say, only my grandson goes for it because it's how he ate for 5 years before starting school and still does when he's with me. If he eats the processed crap the rest of the family eats he usually gets sick. Needless to say we don't share the same menu in this family. They're garbage guts

Anyway, definitely agree with the premise of the video.
