What I don't see is how the Supreme Court ruling on this guy being overcharged and over-convicted has to do with Trump and his myriad lawsuits. Trump using it to delay his trial(s) just makes him look bad. I haven't seen any hard evidence to convict him of the Jan 6th charges.
