That annoys me greatly. Qualified rates higher than "like you" when hiring for a job IMO. Had both Marines and electricians that didn't like me/I didn't like them/both and if they were good at their jobs I could have cared less. If I want useless "friends" that'll kiss my ass long as I'm buying there's a bar right up the road
