I would have to see the entire plan. In general, no. We probably ought to get caught up on how the commie World is currently fighting its wars.
As a bonus response: I am totally and completely against Musk thinking he can get rid of the F-35 manned fighters. That's stupid and he's trying to push his brand pure logic over real World practical application.
