Nobody said anything about nuking another country. He was asking about china's military. And yes china has nukes. They don't have a way of delivering those nukes accept by bombers at this time. Unless china collapses as the soviets did you can expect them to become more militant in the future as their need of natural resources grows. The ones who will need to be most concerned will be south east asia, india and russia.

A limited use of nukes would not end the world as we know it. It would take a massive exchange to do that and china does not have that capability. Nor are they going to create a situation where it would be necessary. They are slowly discovering capitalism.
