I had some wonderful beef filet steaks with a dried cherry and merlot sauce the other night, they were great I loved it. The thing is I paid over $12 a pound for the steaks. I believe I should enjoy filet at the price of ground beef. They both come from the same animal, they are both beef. It is not the ground beef's fault that it is not as good. The price inequality gap should close, I want my filets at ground beef price.
