This is the difference between us and them. The opening of a hospital emergency wing in Afghanistan was suicide bombed, killing several people, all of them Muslims. Muslim radicals seem to think that there is no higher good than killing everybody who even slightly disagrees with them, even if it means killing yourself.

On the other side of Iran, two insurgents were shot up by a helicopter when they were caught placing an IED on a roadside. As soon as they were incapacitated, they were airlifted straight to the nearest hospital at Camp Speicher. One of them required thirty pints of blood to live, but the hospital didn't have enough. American GI's then lined up to tap their plumbing to save the life of a man who was actively trying to kill them. One soldier was even quoted saying that he didn't care if his blood went to the enemy, because 'a human life is a human life.' That's the difference between us and them.
