    Default Workout Routine

    Anyone have a regular workout regiment? If so what is it?

    I wouldn't call myself a health nut. I could definitely eat healthier though I do a decent job. I do though work out religiously which is what keeps me in top shape. Since I joined the CG out of high school I've been faithful to regular exercising though now that I'm in my mid 40s it's getting more challenging. Monday through Friday I do the following first thing in the morning. Takes me about 2 to 2 and a half hours depending on how much I'm slacking.

    5 mile run
    200 situps
    100 pushups
    20 pullups
    Various dumbbell and other weight exercises
    Finish it off with a 20 minute brisk swim in the ocean

    Sometimes I jump in my pool later in the day and do a few dozen laps or so in addition to the above. I love swimming and it's great exercise if done right.

    What do you all do? I'm pretty passionate and knowledgable about working out so if anyone has any questions I can help out and steer you in the right direction.
