Rich Froning Jr. (born July 21, 1987) is an Americanprofessional CrossFit athlete known for his achievements in the 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 CrossFit Games. He became the first person to win the title of "Fittest Man on Earth" three times with his first place in the 2011, 2012, and 2013 CrossFit Games (Annie Thorisdottir was the first female repeat winner of the CrossFit Games, winning in 2011 and 2012). Froning gave an impressive performance all of these years, dominating the competition and overtaking other well known athletes such as Graham Holmberg, Matt Chan, Chris Spealler, Jason Khalipa and many others.
