    A family health plan runs about 20 grand. 400% of FPL is $92,200 for a family of four. At $92,199 your policy cost is capped at $8,759. That means if you make $100K, you would have $80K left. At $92,199, you would have $83,440 left. Let's not forget the marginal tax rate at $92,199. I wonder if shoveling the difference into a 401(k) will work as a solution.
