I've already posted what your own RT Today station has reported. According to them, Britain is sending a sample of the chemical agent to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.

As for your video, I did watch ... a small portion of it. The first couple of minutes. That was more than enough for me. Your spokesperson is continuing with a line intended to defend Russia's criminality -- regardless of exactly how it's dressed up.

And that, to me, is unacceptable.
