In a nutshell, he says I threatened to neg-rep him if he didn't quit insulting shattered.
What's THAT got to do with being a mod? Which is what he is trying to twist this into. Nothing, is what. I can rep anyone, right now, on either board, and it doesn't require any moderation. If it did, I wouldn't be able to do it here, now would I?
So, besides the fact that he cannot pull up a conversation he claims happened, his accusation isn't logical either.
