The soldiers sign an open letter that goes in the reason they see it as unlawful. Im sure you'll disagree,
And maybe it is "legal" like the feds recording all our phone calls, torture, homosexual marriage & cutting children's private parts to pieces for profit.
Doesn't mean it's right or aligns with the law in general.

I'm no lawyer much less a military lawyer but based on what i've seen I think they make a good case.

I have made clear more than twice why it is not unlawful in the military. There is every practical reason why versus superstition. In an emergency I don't need have my unit lying in the rack below decks incapacitated by some stupid virus there's a vaccine for. The same argument made for every vaccine.

Whoever thinks you don't give up your rights when you sign on the dotted line is stupid or naive and you can trust I am well versed in the military's version of how you don't. Action belies the words.
