Dear Surgeon General,

I reluctantly submit to you this letter of resignation dated May 12, 2013. I'm sorry sir but I just can't do this any more.

Ever since the US Government had taken over health care in our country I have faithfully served as you asked me to. I was in private practice in St. Louis, Mo in 2010 when President Clinton pushed through the new law. I have always tried to be a good doctor but just can't compromise any longer.

Last month you set a quota that was unreasonable for me. It is far too difficult to terminate 2,000 persons and manage the shipping of all of their bodyparts on the budget you have allowed me. I have caught saff members stealing livers, lungs, hearts and even a penis. The black market is tempting these individuals with such handsome fees to get parts for the rich, politicians, press people and other dignitaries that I am left with an enormus burden to kill 1500 to 2000 people a month in order to fill your unreasonable requirements.

I realize you will probably have the CIA shut me up but I beg you not to hurt my family. They know nothing and can cause you no harm. Please Dr. Dean, don't hurt my children, please. I have always been a faithful party member and even supported the idea of National Health Care as you know. I did not realize you were going to solve the illegal immigrant and overpopulation problem in this manner however.

I would be willing to accept a position of lesser responsibility such as organ removal specialist or general surgeon. I can't however continue to be the one who decides who "get's it". I just can't. The other day I had to get three livers, a kidney and two hearts in less than one hour. I only had 4 homeless folks left on the Indigent Ward so we had to go riding around Brooklyn looking for homeless people. I must say though, we are solving the homeless problem here in America and I commend you for that. The problem is that we are killing our voters. What will we in November. The Underground Republican Army is on to our voting booth scam, ballot doubling and they refuse to go to hospitals. We can't continue arresting Republicans to take them to the hospital, people are getting suspicious.

Please accept mu resignation and find a suitable replacement.

I have excellent news sir. We have a heart for you. You are going to be fine! At this very moment we have in one of our fine Government controlled hospitals a man of 44 years of age, healthy as a horse. He broke his leg in an unfortunate accident.

The family has been told he has taken an infection that will kill him in twso days. As you know, secaond opinions in the US are merely done by a liason (who supposedly represents the people) and we have that covered. You need to get here immediately. We will makw all the arrangements.

Once again, rest assured that this man was very healthy and you should live to enjoy this heart for many years. Hell, even if we do have a problem there are many more where that came from. I mean hell, I run the system. I can get the hearts brother. You just keep that oil coming. Oh yeah, with the new Government controlled Stock Market system we have got Citgo kicking ass. Have you seen the numbers lately.

Everything is going to be fine sir. You just wait and see.

Could you please send a memo over to the Secret Service and tell Director Kerry to keep his mouth shut about that incident involving the Secret Service Van that ran over the 44 year old man last night. We don't need any problems. Even though we completely control the press since the elimination of that goddamn Fox syndicate and the assasination of John Gibson and his fat ass mouth (his liver s working out fine for my aunt), we still have to be careful of some of the underground folks.

You want to see a program where only the rich get good treatment, oh boy, bring on Government Controlled Health Care. That will do it. You will go to the hospital for a minor operation and wake up with one kidney brother.

Right now anyone in America can go to the Emergency room and recieve Health Care. Even people who are not citizens of the US. What's broken about that.
