Even tho I do not agree with 100% of what McCain stands for, I cannot vote socialist. And that is what Obama is spouting. I lived in England, which has a vast amount of socialist laws, and saw how much better a free society is. McCain may have issues, but he has my vote.

Unless the choice were between Stalin and Hitler, I would not stay home.

Consider just one thing, had Bush lost in 2000 as I think he did, how many children and wives and husbands would have had a chance to live a life of their choosing. McSame wants to continue the needless deaths in another mistake. Sometimes it makes a big difference.

Well without his Iraq stance, I'm unsure I'd vote for him. I have to agree with you, he beats Obama for certain.

I'll hold my nose and vote for McCain. The SCOTUS is too important to leave to a commie for 4 years.

I was so sure last year that a third party or charismatic Independent WOULD emerge, like Perot did for much less reason. It seemed so obvious there was a power vacuum!

I can hardly believe how often I am wrong. I'm trying to reform and not make predictions.

I'm voting McCain because like the above poster, I won't do anything to allow a socialist to establish himself as president.

Obama will never make the presidency. Hillary had a shot, but people are suspicious of Obama, and have good reason to be.

I think for me its going to boil down to supreme court nominations. I know for sure I won't like Obama's or Hillary's picks. So I might vote for McAmnesty although that nauseates me as well but at least there is a small measure of hope. Ok maybe very small.

If McCompromiser picks an actual conservative as running mate that would make it a little easier.
If you don't like McCain, think about voting for Bob Barr.
