You never mentioned her being a judge, that appeared to be secondary in your argument in favor to her racist comments and that she is a woman.

Being a lawyer then judge is almost always a given for SC picks.

Thats true but your conclusion was not that you like her because she is qualified as a judge and made good rulings from the bench. You like her for being a woman and a racist. So I just picked a man who is a racist to show how ridiculous it is to pick sex and race for any position.

Why does being Female qualify her for the bench? Are you sexist?

weren't that bad? Can you imagine the stink if you substitute 'white' for latina in any of her speeches?

She JUDGES based on her bias, NOT the law - she's admitted as such. She's not catholic. There's no room in Christianity for racism, bigotry and hatred..or Liberals.

Bass Pro Shop sold out of 5000 rounds of 9mm, 2000 rounds of 40S&W, 2000 rounds of 22LR and 2000 rounds of 45acp in about 15 minutes of putting the ammo out. A salesman told me that some guy came in a month and half to 2 months ago and bought a pallet of 45acp and a pallet of 40 S&W.

There are no gun shops or sporting goods stores around me that can keep any ammo in stock. Its all gone within 24 hours.

The gun shows are selling out of ammo within 30 minutes to an hour here in the Los Angeles area, in Arizona and one of my ammo suppliers in Texas said the same thing is happening there.

There is such a run on ammo that powder, primers and bullets are nearly impossible to find.

The same thing is happening with guns. Particularly pistols and semiautomatic rifles. Display cases are emptied of pistols at local chains and Semiauto rifles are being bought up as quick as they hit the shelves.

As I talk to people they are terrified of Obama and the Liberals so they are stocking up. Many are preparing for an all out civil war, and some even want it. They are also preparing for race riots that most seem to think is inevitable when Obamas economy finishes collapsing in another year by some estimates.

All I know is its turning into a dangerous time for our country and it seems something has got to give. I hope civil war is not in our future but both sides seem to be pretty tense and the Liberals are gonna keep trying their best to destroy America. My friends that grew up in the Soviet Union cannot believe what is happening before their eyes. Republicans are a stroll to communisn/socialism and Democrats are in a sprint. They are of the opinion we are right on the edge of becoming another Soviet type nation.
I've found a couple of local dealers that have limits on sales so no one can walk in and just buy the whole pallet. It's a pain in the butt to go each day for 1 box of rounds per caliber per day, but if you want ammo ...

The whole thing is annoying, and buying up a bunch of ammo out of fear isn't really the brightest thing. Tactically speaking, in the event of all out war, you're facing Nat'l Guard troops in full combat gear. Survival would dictate taking THEIR weapons, ammo and gear. As long as you stay ahead in the head count, you'll always have their stuff to use on them.

I'm not too sure about a war, but some goober with a pallet of ammo running around the neighborhood is not reassuring. I see THAT as a much bigger threat. Face it, if you feel the need to have a pallet of ammo, something's not clicking right.

You better stop and think just WHO those "rebels" are.

Lot of vets around nowadays. Do you think we just forgot all we knew when we went home?

Then there's also the problem that the US military cannot be deployed legally within the US. Not that something like the law will stop the Obama Llama for a second.

THEN you have to get those military folk to turn those weapons on their own people.

Guess you didn't give this any more thought than your completely stupid comment that you are for Sotomayor being a justice simply for the fact she's a female.

I have a LOT of combat experience and even if I can't physically fight I can train others what to do. There are still a lot of us out there. Plus the fact the majority of the military will come over to our side.

It's happened before, the constitution doesn't seem to hold up to well in crisis.

I was training a kid as mechanic back in 2001 that had just gotten out of the Army, he was 101st.

He said he would have no problem firing on American civilians if he was given an order to do so. His line of thinking was that if he was given that order it meant the person or persons were domestic enemies.

He said that he swore to defend against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Sad that, but there are hundreds of thousands of vets that'll clean his clock.

Should have asked him if he would be so quick to do it if those domestic enemies were family members.

Really. Obviously either he or you missed the part "to uphold THE CONSTITUTION against all enemies, foreign and domestic." The US Government is NOT the US Constitution, nor at this point and time, does it resemble it much.

I think MOST military people would feel differently. The people of the US ARE the Constitution. Supposed to be, anyway. I would have a BIG problem turning my weapons on US citizens in revolt against a government that does not represent the US Constitution.

Hopefully, it doesn't come to that because I would be equally appalled at having to fire on US troops carrying out the orders of a government that is out of control.
