If you've read anything at all here, you'd understand that I am far from a literalistic. Same with Catholicism, which relies on logic and reason to interpret current scientific discoveries. Scientists create theories, then test them out using scientific principles, logic and reason. That doesn't necessarily require physical experimentation.

For we both believe that something came out of nothing, i just happen to believe its was the origin of the Universe, you happen to believe it to be the birth of a god who would go on to create the universe.
