This was very entertaining. I was fixing the groomer (you drag it behind a 4-wheeler to smooth out the runway) when my girlfriend came down from the Lodge and told me to come "help feed the babies". We walked down to the river and she threw in a chunk of salmon eggs, and thousands of baby King Salmon fry swarmed on it. I spent 3 hours or more doing this and went through 10 pounds of salmon eggs.

Thanks, Dan. The Lab's name is Truffles, she's one of the smartest dogs I've ever met. Her only downfall is she likes to go walkabout here around the neighborhood and not too long ago I had to go bail her ass out of jail. A Wasilla cop stopped, lured her into the back of his cop car, and took her to the pound... $120 to get her out.
But she's a great dog.

Here's a pic I took as we were driving through Wasilla last week on the way to drop me off at the Anchorage airport, there was a powerful windstorm that blew over several rigs. This is a Lynden truck.
