"Find the cost of freedom buried in the ground." Crosby, Stills and Nash......
Good song.
Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they're yours.

While my hubby was stationed at Ft Sill, OK, during the Viet Nam war, I was living in Lawton OK, with him for a few months before he shipped out to Nam. On one occasion we had taken a taxi to the EM Club ( Enlisted Mens Club), to listen to the band and possibly do some dancing. After a bit the band broke out with this tune and 600 soldiers sang their hearts out to it. Being the only girl in the joint other than a female band member, and at 19, it was one of many eye opening experiences. Every time I hear this song, I am zoomed back to that time in my life.

Sit back, close your eyes and listen letting the stress of your day disappear. I feel as tho' clouds floated by and I hopped on for a ride. Beautiful.

You want some ambiance? Try this one on for size. Just the thought of that tune and that wonderful sax, envelops my mind, leaving me wilted and spent. Danm, it's so gorgeous.

I was putting around the house getting ready to leave and this song came on the radio. Caught my attention because it reflected my thoughts this morning. Weird when that happens...definately a God Wink. I'm documenting it for later reference when I get home from work.
You know how you get when a song reaches out and grabs you and won't let go? Well, I've been tune grabbed so many times in my life it's a wonder there's anything left of me. When I was a teenager, I used to think there was no other music as good as rock and roll. And then I started singing in choirs and glee clubs, and over the years, my tastes in music have grown. Now classical is the style that grabs me the most. With the emergence of the internet I have discovered foreign music that grabs me as well. The world is filled with all sorts of music and I try to veg out every minute I can just to put on my earphones and climb into you tube to find and listen to music from all over the world.
