As for the 'can minorities be racist' that's based around an academic model of racism that requires an institutionalized power. i.e. racial prejudice + institutionalized power = racism, without the power it is simply racial prejudice.

Like I said though, it's an academic matter for definition, in most discussions it's just brought up to turn the debate into one of terminology, as soon as someone says 'but they can't be racist etc etc' simply reply 'fine, racially prejudice' and continue the discussion.

I couldn't see a vid either.

It was Cornel West, an African-American professor from Yale who peddled this BS theory for years, based on the premise that because blacks hold no power in this society they can not be racist.

I would presume, that now that they hold the highest office in the nation, this theory is now null and void.

But I doubt it...
