Yes, British law, British military law and the video which shows that the guy died after a contact, he was injured writhing around and the marines watched whilst deciding what to do.

The Royal Marines have far more operational sucess stories than the Green Berets and have far fewer Freindly fire incidents than the Navy Seals.
Phase one training for a royal marine( phase one is the first half of bootcamp) is a six month programme.

The RM special forces, the SBS has too far more operational sucess than the us navy seals.
