Much Smarter People than you (or me, for that matter) get paid good money to assess risks associated with training. Libs LOVE - they SALIVATE (I've seen it happen) ANY TIME anybody associated with the Military is (gasp!) wrong, or something else happens. You want blood? Maybe we demand a Study to explain why more soldiers died in training accidents in the last few years of the Clinton Presidency, than have died during the Iraq war?
“… the greatest detractor from high performance is fear: fear that you are not prepared, fear that you are in over your head, fear that you are not worthy, and ultimately, fear of failure. If you can eliminate that fear—not through arrogance or just wishing difficulties away, but through hard work and preparation—you will put yourself in an incredibly powerful position to take on the challenges you face" - Pete Carroll.
