Sounds good. It just kind of muddles everything up and nothing really good came after the 15th anyway.

I started it for a reason, was just waiting for a few responses before sharing. No , it's not nonsense as I think the 19th VERY clearly demonstrates that the founding fathers weren't perfect and that they in fact made mistakes in the original COTUS that needed correcting. The 19th was such a correction.

But I'm sure it would make no difference as the COTUS left the issue to the states which I'm sure would not restrict voting to the landed gentry.
