Jim it could be but according to this article though it sounds like he still doesn't have it but will be getting it, as for giving it back to him at the trial I dont think that would of happened especially in this case because it would of just added salt to a freshly opened wound wound for many ( and it also against the law to carry in a court room so if they had given it to him there I am sure the DOJ would of locked him up )
