I found an old pic of me and I was shocked to say the least. I decided to make a progress pic to show what a high fat/low carb diet can achieve.

Steak, sausages, eggs, cheese, heavy cream, avocados etc.... Only the yummy stuff!

But I also notice glasses in the 2nd pic, I think your diet made you go blind

Good photo though, proof that the right diet can have positive results if you stick to it. Good for you!

I had another little victory today. I went and bought a new hiking jacket. It's a Medium because Large is too big now!

Had the pleasure of riding with a Navy friend back in 1980, San Diego to L.A. on a GOLD WING. Pacific Coast Highway is a blast.

That's why I won't get on the bike with the fucker! LOL He took me for a ride in his tractor trailer once when he lived in South Carolina. You would think, what's the big deal, right? Scared the shit out of me as he drove the damn thing like it was my Mustang, and probably drove it better too! He did a damn K-turn in the thing better than I could in my car.

I grew up going for rides on the back of my Dad's motorcycles. It was cool when I was a kid, I naively trusted the driver. Not no more!
