18 U.S. Code § 2381-Treason Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
My favorite was always the Dead Kennedys. If only because my dad was an original punk and knew Jello Biafra. Jello was an abrasive punk, but he was also incredibly intelligent and knew what was going on. We met for lunch once when I was going to Cal and talked politics and social injustices for a couple of hours.

I love the genre as well. My dad remains a metalhead and introduced me to old school and thrash metal. When I met my eventual college roommate, she turned me on to symphonic metal. My favorite has always been Lacuna Coil:

Some classic hardcore I will always love: The Misfits above all, but also Bad Brains (their first album) and Minor Threat. Could never get into the Kennedys, always found Jello too fucking annoying somehow.
