I'm back to reviewing my Eurovision recordings.
This one didn't win, and as is usual, the song isn't particularly good (though better than the Eurovision average). But it is .. 'spectacular', in its way, as Eurovision relies on stage effects these days.
The Georgian entry: 'WARRIOR' .. as the British compere (Graham Norton) said, her costume 'involved roadkill' ...
The Swedish entry won it. Here's the winning performance, called 'HEROES'. The knitting-together of graphic effects and the matching performance of the singer is all down to a great sense of timing on his part ...
Winners are expected to re-perform their winning entry at the end of the show, a tradition of the contest. His timing was every bit as perfect as before.
By the way, since this was Eurovision, 'naturally' AUSTRALIA was invited to take part this year. Don't ask me to explain ...
It's That Bloody Foreigner Again !!!
In The Air Tonight...
For You my friend Aboutime...a few more memories for both of us...
