Nine Inch Nails Driven In My Brain

I stopped waiting on earthen fruit,
guns to fire but I can not shoot.
Nine inch nails driven into my brain,
snails crawling in thick bloody rain.

I stopped asking for sweetened lies,
sickness baked within hollow pies.
Cuts embraced to feel the sweet pain,
stick in deep, let red be the stain.

I stopped begging for more misery,
you that laughed at my mercy plea.
Seven inch blades twisted to bleed,
answers never given when I plead.

I stopped begging so very damn long ago.
You that lie to feed your deceitful show!

Time, Never Enough

No time today to play or sing
must move fast to stay afloat
Life is one huge endless ring
me with large hole in my boat

Never fear for hope holds true
although days are often short
We survive, that's me and you
Our life we choose not to abort

Words written in rapid speed
More sweet time is what I need!

Hope Gives, The Mind Defeats


Morbid grows the mind on such nights!
When dark eats into the resting soul:
Time stabs in stinging sharp cuts:
Mind burns up with coming evil sights!

Morn cheered with brilliant lights:
Sunny day draws to a trudging rest:
Night's promise sinks into the dark;
Mind burns deep with such evil sights!

Shakes start from the coming fights:
As time brings its eternal dark foes
Heart resolves to hold its courage,
Mind burns up with coming evil sights!

Life holds up the days sweet delights
As jewels upon a royal saving crown,
Darkness battles to destroy that glow
Mind burns up with coming evil sights!

Knowledge brings the rescue of rights
As dawn births its dancing scenes,
Rays of hope drop the black curtain
Mind defeats the coming evil sights!

Shadows Resting On Stones

I follow the birds of night seeking a roost,
place to rest my old, weary head on high.
Looking down below for my heart's big boost,
as the lonely eerie darkness drifts on by!

I follow red racing lines of my future fate,
on paths strewn with big jagged boulders.
Seeking deeper knowledge of life not too late,
fill this head resting upon my shoulders!

I follow a ghost of her soft,sweetest caress,
thin mystical veil of gently mercy sent.
Behind the wail of all that I dare confess,
sins, pains and past life so ill spent!

I follow the shadow of a fleeing old man.
From the boiling pot into the frying pan!

Dead Stones

In a graveyard well beyond our view
lay traces of past deeds in stone
If seen the horror reveals its true
death allows no way to ever atone!

Beneath sod and dirt lay deep rot
in dark the remains waste away
Found no way to keep what they got
never again to see the light of day!

Beating hearts embraced the greed
evil set the darkest racing tone
All given up to steal as they need
rot turning hearts to solid stone!

A dead stone below, paid headstone above
Too late, never found ,life is about Love!

The Rushing Storm


Storm found my body gently at rest
it rushed in with an angry blast
Did its worst, then did its best
I had no time for it was too fast!

As the clouds smothered my views
the thunder rang upon my ears
Sad when we finally get our dues
yet such has to bring its tears!

Bold lightning stabbed the sorrows
each one cutting firm holding ties
Looking for far sweeter tomorrows
bed shaking where my body lies!

Nobody saw but this tale is true
bad sneaks upon us in such acts
When we may sleep without a clue
storm hits us with painful facts!

Live Life, Love Deeply


Life is sweet mists in the trees
rides on a floating rainbow
Smooth sailing on calm blue seas
sunshine to make Love grow!

A dance that spreads pure joy
music soft, slow with wine
Duets with a girl and a boy
flowers blossoming so fine!

Promises of the romantic nights
days filled with epic song
Tours of many wonderful sights
love deep and forever long!

Paradise exists for each heart
a crown for true pleasure
Believe in it, give it a start
life is the greatest treasure!

Usurp the Usurpers!

Is it enough? The fat in the FIRE?
Let the blind now lead,
the inept now force,
heedless of our revolting ire!

What about the intense rage of WE?
The builders of the house,
the defenders of new Rome,
travelers that do truly see!

Can our silence blast out a ROAR?
Force blind people to see,
wash away the filth created,
open up a victorious rescue door!

Nay, tis never enough. Life DEMANDS.
We fly with eagle wings,
across trampled terrain,
defying the evil in blind commands!

Never fear, let them finally see
brave beast resting within you and ME!

can easily see is leading us into a dark pit. But will we silently go?

Baby, Those Were The Days I Still Want

Those were the days,this the life I made
I drank too damn much and stayed away
Life so fast,wild and filled with pretty girls
Sexy bodies, pretty faces and long curls!

I smashed your memory into hard pieces
Sold my broken heart for short leases
Drinking my pain until it took me down
Raised holy hell all over this old town!

Baby, those were the days I still want
Still miss you but know that you don't
Every damn night burn your memory down
Mornings wake to find me still a clown!

You were my life and my greatest history
Your heart and love are still a mystery
Darling,we were the moon and the stars
Now I drink and close out the late bars!

Baby,you were the blue sky,the cat's meow
Want you back but simply don't know how
I died just to put that wrong life far away
And in these memories have my heart's say!

Gone forever are those much wanted days
My cries hurt so but this pain never pays
I put your sweet heart and mine out of play
Sad memories serve to hold my heart at bay!

The Gift, Then The Complaint


Gladly if only, I had nothing to say,
I could just murmur and walk far away
Instead I write to spend my new day
doing so with no acclaim and no pay!

This life can be so mysterious indeed
first you may refuse to stop or plead
Yet time brings its own eternal whip
a cut each little time you dare slip!

No great solace lasts more than a week
future may grant but tis' only a peek
A sight given to beg the mind to see
To climb the tallest mountain to plea!

Of course the world cries out to stop
toss away the fine broom and dirty mop
With much deeper sinister cry and hue
dire threats blast you right on cue!

Gladly if only, I had nothing to say,

All The World Races Away , While I Pause

I will write yet again this sweet night,
cows need milking , the barn cleaning.
Sunny morn but this place is a sore sight,
critters need feeding, fence is leaning!

I will hold my thoughts until sunset,
a chore that allows me to still give.
Sure life is a gamble, a very sad bet
yet we must learn to love and let live!

Do not sorrow for my poor saddened cause,
there is gold in the clouds, a kiss awaits.
All the world races away , while I pause
to tempt her and curse the darker fates!

Stand Next To This Given Fire


In that olden time, the world was so new,
The trees glowed, roses were only blue,
Within the heart of man Hope was born:
Eureka!
Her heart spoke to my long lost soul,
Her eyes gave this command to me,
Stop! Your hate takes an evil toll,
your darkness is bitter froth in the sea!

Lay your head on my comforting breast,
your spirit needs a deep rest
A fire started by God's own hand,
a storm loaded with greatest joy
Heal now, be your very best,
find that loving dream as a little boy!

Bring along the new found inspiration,
a promise cures now your desperation,
Stand next to this given fire
Rest your bones, hold on before you tire!

As the flames warm your soul, touch mine
you found love and eyes that do still shine!

Thunder Gives Its Preceding Applause

The Rain gifts blessings multi-fold,
aided by its sister Wind, earth reaps.
Bounties plentiful, harvests gold ,
as into awaiting soil it seeps.

Fields cry for the coming spray,
showers sent to man and beast.
If withheld we begin to truly pray,
so that we live and may have a feast.

Echoes in Heaven announce the Rain,
thunder gives its preceding applause.
A gift, same as in our births pain,
we must conform to Nature's laws.

Skies above gift this blessing down.
Upon earth's thirsty, waiting gown.

Sunshine Upon A Dark Day


Great lamentations sadden this dark room
And cries held back cut the silent tears
Such young death displays a tragic doom
As survivors fight back their deep fears!

Yet outside the sun shines deeply bright
Day holds promises for those still living
More heartache will rip out this night
She is now gone, gone is her sweet giving!

Listen, angels sing this great loss now
As light filters into this lonely place
She lays there with no sweat on her brow
with sweetest smile on her beautiful face!

Night has fallen, we now feel very alone
She- the light on our souls, is now gone!

Sunny Morn, Bright Day

Seeking the day with its bright shine
this glow sings a little dancing tune
The heart says this old world is mine
as were the good times this past June!

And as this day races forth to unfold
treats lay waiting before my eager eyes
Blessings for the brave,loving and bold
soothing day under sweetest sunny skies!

Tonight will gift so very much the same
hours holding the love and life so dear
Needing only life and love not any fame
joy and happiness erases all dark fear!
