Absolutely.
Hillary wasn't the only one doing stupid crap and they should all be hammered.
And there has been a great reluctance for info from State which amounts to Obstruction, as far as I'm concerned. I realize that they're all dragging their feet to protect themselves and their coworkers, but it seems apparent that department has an attitude of being above the rules.
