About how long everything has been for me.

This is how you know you are addicted to the internet (me anyway). Damn 20 seconds and I want to punch my fist through my monitor and stab my motherboard.

They are actually a very good group! But yeah, they know what happened yesterday, so knowing I have issues as a result shouldn't be a surprise. And when we are ALL having issues with slowness, I doubt that the issue is at my machine, and I DO think something on their end is being a little wacky right now.

I got that earlier too. That's the thanks system trying to draw data from the MYSQL database, and eventually the database times out.

I don't have a problem with thanks. And you disable that and you're back to to the rep whining and crying. The board IS however loading slower than sh*t. There's a problem somewhere and I don't think it's on your end. You're paying these geeks money, tell them to buck up and fix their sh*t.

I honestly think you're getting screwed. I've been with 4 different ISPs and I can't load the song threads. It takes forever. Now it's something else? I'd start looking at the other end.

Took about 9 seconds. Not terribly bad, but it always took like 2 seconds prior, so it's 'noticeable'.

I just take it with a grain of salt. Kinda sucks I can't post music, but I just deal. The boards I CAN post music on I just don't want anything to do with them because they're full of d*ckheads. I can't even stand logging on USMB. I've never seen so many duplicitous MF-ers in one place in my life.

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES!!! It took me a month or so, but I think I finally fixed the thanks issues, the checking of them and how long it took, to the point it timed out with errors at times. It's not lightning fast, but seems to be fairly back to normal.

I'm buzzing around and just reading and things are loading much faster. I tested here and made a bunch of posts in the back end as a test and they all seem to be back to normal. Hopefully that's it now!!
