Cottage cheese with raspberries, and strawberries; yogurt with granola, (yeah I eat that stuff), and big ole' iced coffee. Made a dent in calcium % and so yummy. Good to go until dinner.

Cheese and onion omelet (6 eggs) and a glass of chocolate milk. Half a pot of A dozen assorted vitamins. Reminds me ... I'm short two. Excuse to go to GNC and blow some $.

Cottage cheese?
My mom eats cottage cheese. I tasted it once and thought it was perhaps the most disgusting things ever. So no...
I eat mostly the same things for breakfast every day. Some sort of eggs or omelets, some toast (with a LOT of butter). My daughters prefers melons when they are in season. Or frosted Pop Tarts if she is in a hurry. My husband eats whatever is in front of him.
When it's not hot, I pretty much eat baked oatmeal made with milk and with some combo of nuts, cranberries, raisins, blueberries, peaches, cinnamon, brown sugar. On hot days, going to be cottage cheese/yogurt with melon, fruit, granola. (still want the oats.)
Breakfast is when I get most of whatever calcium I'm going to get. I don't like milk. While I may have a yogurt later in the day, after the fruit from breakfast my sugar % doesn't leave a lot of room.

I'm weather sensitive, should have noticed that when I was still in IL. LOL! I've always been that way, just like I'm nearly always an hour or more early for work, whatever it is I'm doing.
I check the weather, lay out my clothes the night before. Yes, it always figures into what I plan to eat and do the next day.
Now you eat what you like on yours and I'll decide mine. Heck, I'll even buy what you want, just keep the salt shaker away from my fruit.

I'll be having cottage cheese for lunch today. It's perfect (if you like it, lol) when you want to eat lightly. As I do today, because I made a lobster stew for Russ' Fathers Day dinner.
For breakfast, whatever's around. I don't like milk much, so cereal swimming in it just doesn't work for me. Oatmeal in the winter. When I was younger, I generally skipped it altogether. I don't plan all meals well, like Kath. I'd probably be healthier if I did.
When we go out for breakfast or brunch, I do love some Eggs Benedict, minus the ham. And home fries. Yum.
Salt on watermelon?! If God wanted our watermelon to be salty, he'd have made it a vegetable!

You guys are weirding me out with all this oatmeal talk.
Cottage cheese with peaches is delicious! I wasn't introduced to that until about '07 or so.
